Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong telecom background to lead large-scale automation and AI-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on software engineering expertise with excellent program and stakeholder management skills, driving delivery across complex telecom environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical project delivery across automation and telecom platforms
Drive planning, execution, tracking, risk management, and reporting for large programs
Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders
Translate business requirements into technical execution plans
Oversee AIalluni lifecycles including data pipelines, ML/LLM usage, and tooling
Ensure adherence to architecture, quality, and delivery standards

Required Skills & Experience

15+ years of experience in Technical Project / Program Management
Strong telecom domain knowledge (3GPP, packet core, network automation)
AI skills: ML, NLP, LLMs, lifecycle management, data literacy, tool proficiency
Hands-on software development background
Strong architecture understanding
Java, J2EE hands-on experience
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Background

Experience with Nokia, Samsung, Ericsson, Cisco, Ciena, or FAANG
