Location: Multiple Locations (Remote till COVID Situation)

Job Description:

Responsible for planning & execution majorly involving in technical requirements of the assigned project/tracks within the SRE program
Shall possess Telco domain knowledge & Agile and SRE practices knowledge including SLI/SLO/SLA dashboards, Lighthouse Metrics, Core Web Vitals, Reliability measures such as Page performance and availability
Serve as the single point of contact for the team to the project stakeholders. Lead the discussions with multiple stakeholder for the project on an everyday basis
Consult and devise user interaction framework. Evaluate alternatives, use experience design & recommend viable business solutions for multiple personas.
Create functional and technical specification documents. Translates and decomposes functional and non-functional requirements into user stories and manages them in JIRA.
Create user stories in JIRA with adequate details and acceptance criteria
Drive execution of the program roadmap, Ensures that current project requirements are met and also forecast the needs or issues that may arise, and devise ways to address those proactively
Demonstrate progress to customer stakeholders and ensure that all customer feedback processes are completed on time
Independently perform a gap analysis of the application, associated flows or products
Collate impact, negotiate schedules, and estimate from multiple components/vendors
Develop supporting documentation and materials including demonstrations, presentations, and other tools
