Job Summary:
In-depth technical knowledge of Oracle Taleo recruiting and on-boarding application
Working knowledge of writing TCC scripts and/or OBI reports.
Person should be able to conduct requirement gathering workshops to elicit requirements from the customer and be able to finalize project scope and effort
Should be able to create test cases to test Taleo functionalities
Optimize various functionalities in Taleo, test them and deploy in production as per customer requirements
Provide support in troubleshooting for post-production issues
Ensure solutions are implemented in adherence to Enterprise Architecture, SLDC, Change Management and application development guidelines
Consistently produce clear and concise status reports to the service delivery manager
Experience of Fluid UI functionality in Taleo is a bonus
