Job Description :

Role: –Project Manager
Bill Rate: $88/hour C2C
Location: Deerfield, IL
Duration: 12+ months/ long-term
Interview Criteria: Telephonic + Zoom
Direct Client Requirement

Key Responsibilities:
Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment for public sector clients.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring successful project execution.
Communicate effectively with government clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Track and report on project progress, milestones, and potential risks.
Ensure project compliance with relevant regulations, security standards, and governance requirements.
Lead Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate for project needs.
Facilitate training and change management initiatives for end users.

Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
6+ years of project management experience, preferably in public sector IT projects.
PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Management is desirable.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience working with government agencies or regulatory environments is a plus.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.
