ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare & present status, governance & executive level business plans.

Work with virtual teams in a matrix organization.

Work on functional design definition, documentation and sign off (current and future state) and data analysis.

Reporting will demonstrate controlling costs and budgets.

Provide thought leadership within own area of responsibility and the FA profession.

Liaises with programmer / project managers, clients, functional analyst leads and developer leads to ensure the IT and non-IT build is in line with the business requirements raised.

Engages with key business and IT stakeholders to identify changing client needs, market trends and introduces new processes and technology to enhance the systems.

Develops and fosters operational excellence, drawing on good and best practice internally across organization and externally within the marketplace.

Ensures best practice quality assurance of project deliverables; understands & works within agreed architectural process, data and organizational frameworks.

Problem solving
Background in the Financial Services Industry – preferably Investment Banking – Global Markets, Corporate Banking. 8-10 years

Required expertise in Risk & Regulatory (CCAR) reporting , Corporate Financial Planning & Forecasting across various regions including technical solution design, and service delivery for CCAR Stress Testing , Regulatory Reporting and Corporate Financial Planning & Forecasting.

Should be a hands on lead who can represent IT teams , strategize & plan with senior IT stakeholder & business executives.

Strong communication, leadership skills & presence. Fluent in English (written/verbal) and local language as appropriate.

Experience with the Bank Regulatory Reporting and CCAR framework either in an RTB or CTB capacity.

Extensive experience and knowledge of USGAAP and IFRS financial Statements.

Fair knowledge about a Bank’s Balance sheet, P&L and RWA and other banking products such as (but not limited to) – derivatives, Loans, money market, deposits, Repos.


Awareness of Quality Management tools and techniques.


Experience & understanding of following :

o CCAR modeling

o PPNR, NII, NIE modeling

o Knowledge on 14 A schedules

o Knowledge of Cash ledger, pricing, credit , RWA and related calculations

o Extensive Capital planning knowledge

o Knowledge of various calculations based on Banks’s balance sheets, income statement, expenses, revenue and various accounting methodology.

Ability to work in fast paced environment

Expert level analytical and problem solving skills.

Education Degree level (or equivalent experience)
Certifications (Recommended)
