Job Description :

Title: SFDC BA

Location: Remote

Duration: Long Term Contract

Required:

7 Years of BA experience, including understanding and documenting client requirements
Current Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Certification
3 Years of Salesforce.com experience including:
Configuration
Workflow/ Process Builder and Flow
Approval Processes
Org Wide Sharing Rules
Role hierarchy and User Profiles
Data migration using Dataloader or Data.io
Reports and Dashboards Creation
Strong understanding of CRM functional knowledge
Health Care Industry Experience
Experience working in a complex environment across multiple systems area

Preference Qualifications:

Hands on systems development & analysis experience is preferred
Ability to multi-task & independently prioritize given tasks is preferred
Health Cloud experience is nice to have
Proven ability to pick up new technology quickly is nice to have
Project management experience is nice to have
Experience in Agile & JIRA tool is nice to have
PMI-PBA/CBAP Certifications preferred
