We are seeking an experienced SAP HANA Program Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation programs, including S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and upgrades. The role involves managing multiple projects, aligning business objectives with SAP solutions, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Lead end-to-end SAP HANA/S/4HANA programs including implementation, migration, and rollout.

Define program strategy, roadmap, governance structure, and delivery approach.

Manage multiple projects/workstreams across functional and technical teams.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to align SAP initiatives with organizational goals.

Oversee planning, execution, risk management, and issue resolution.

Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including SAP functional, technical, and infrastructure teams.

Drive data migration, system integration, and testing strategies.

Monitor program performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.

Manage vendor relationships, third-party partners, and offshore/onshore teams.

Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Lead change management, training, and user adoption initiatives.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.

10–15+ years of experience in SAP programs/projects, with at least 5+ years in program management.

Strong experience with SAP HANA and S/4HANA implementations or migrations.

Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex SAP transformation programs.

Deep understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, EWM, etc.).

Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile/Waterfall delivery models.

Strong knowledge of data migration, system integration, and testing processes.
