Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver Oracle Cloud (OCI / ERP / HCM / SCM) implementation and support projects. The role involves managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation and upgrade projects
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resources
  • Coordinate with functional and technical teams (Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, OCI)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients
  • Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Identify risks/issues and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure adherence to project governance and quality standards
  • Track project progress and provide regular status reports
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Manage vendor and third-party relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 8+ years of IT experience with 3–5 years in project management
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud (OCI / ERP / HCM / SCM)
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture and integrations
  • Experience with Agile / Waterfall methodologies
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification
  • Oracle Cloud certifications
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations
  • Knowledge of integration tools (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs)
