We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow platform solutions that support IT service management and enterprise workflows. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality ServiceNow applications and integrations.

Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).

Customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items.

Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party connectors.

Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.

Perform platform upgrades, patches, and instance management.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and performance problems.

Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.

Prepare technical documentation and support testing and deployments.

Follow ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
