ServiceNow Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect to design and deliver scalable, end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that align with business and IT strategy. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into technical architecture and guide teams in implementing best-practice ServiceNow solutions.
Lead solution architecture and design for ServiceNow implementations.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate into technical designs.
Define overall solution architecture, data model, and integration approach.
Provide technical leadership to developers and functional consultants.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and standards.
Design integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
Review and approve technical designs, customizations, and configurations.
Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and business owners.
Strong experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.
Hands-on experience with ITSM and at least one additional module (ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, ITAM).
Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Service Portal / Now Experience UI.
Good understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
Knowledge of security, roles, ACLs, and SSO/LDAP integrations.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (any module).
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – nice to have.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
