ServiceNow ITSM Developer

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, develop, and enhance IT Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ITSM modules, scripting, and integrations to deliver efficient and scalable solutions.
Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, and workflows/flows.
Build and maintain Service Catalog items and request workflows.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub.
Perform unit testing, support UAT, and resolve defects.
Follow ServiceNow best practices and development standards.
Participate in upgrades, patching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM development and configuration.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide API.
Experience with Flow Designer, Service Portal, and CMDB basics.
Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
Familiarity with ACLs, roles, and security concepts.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Specialist certification.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
