Job Description:
ServiceNow Developer: Key Technical Skills in order of importance
1. ServiceNow Scripting: Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and server/client-side scripting.
2. App Development: Experience building custom applications, workflows, and UI policies.
3. Platform Administration: Comfort with managing users/roles, instance upgrades, and configuring modules like CMDB, Incident, Change, etc.
4. Integration Experience: Familiarity with APIs and data exchange between systems.
Tools & Platform Expertise
1. Flow Designer & Studio: Hands-on use for automating processes.
2. Service Catalog & Request Management: Experience designing user-friendly and scalable catalogs.
3. Performance Analytics & Reporting: Ability to create dashboards and meaningful insights.
Soft Skills & Mindset
1. Problem-solving: Can they simplify complex workflows and think holistically?
2. Communication: Can they work well across tech and business teams?
3. Adaptability: ServiceNow evolves rapidly, are they committed to continuous learning?
4. Process Orientation: Do they understand how platforms affect broader business processes?
