Qualifications:
8+ years of IT Project Management experience
Experience leading Salesforce implementations or enhancement programs
Experience supporting CRM platforms in regulated environments preferred
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
Experience managing enhancement and production support models
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
PMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications a plus
