Position: Senior Operations / System Administrator

Job Description:
· Demonstrated experience in delivering high value solutions from your customer’s perspective (have a minimum CSAT score of 8/10) with a minimum of five (5) years of direct experience with one or more ServiceNow product suites with direct experience implementing for user bases greater than 1,000 users.
· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
· ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in IT Service Management.
· Demonstrated experience in managing and maintaining ServiceNow operations, data integrity, platform updates, new configurations, applications and integrations.
· Demonstrated knowledge in developing and executing maturity recommendations to improve the overall performance, efficiency and effectiveness of the platform.
· Demonstrated knowledge of developing and executing automated test frameworks (includes best practices, guidelines, process, tooling)
· Proficient in the use of tools and methods to efficiently manage product releases, sprints, and development cycles applying automated CI/CD practices.
· Ability to monitor, troubleshoot and recommend solutions for integrations between ServiceNow and other off premise cloud services such as Salesforce, and between other on-premise FDIC systems.
· Micro certification in Integration Hub recommended.
