Job Description:

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Technology, or related field required
10 years of experience in project management using agile methodology with demonstrated success in leading complex initiatives
Experience working in Agile teams and an understanding of Agile practices
Strong project management and prioritization skills, including use of project management technology tools
Experience building cross functional relationships across a variety of functions to execute projects to drive business value
Experience communicating with and influencing technical and non-technical audiences (engineers, data scientists, program managers, bankers, financial advisors)
Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to convey technical concepts to multiple audiences
Strong time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualification

PMP Certification
Scrum Master Certification
Financial services industry experience preferred
Experience with technologies such as Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, Power BI, MS Teams, etc.
Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, ability to initiate and drive projects with minimal oversight and guidance
