SAP HCM Cloud Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Cloud Consultant with expertise in implementing and supporting cloud-based HR solutions using SAP SuccessFactors. The consultant will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient HCM solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Implement and support SAP HCM Cloud solutions (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, etc.).
Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
Configure HR processes in SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Manage data migration, validation, and system testing (SIT/UAT).
Configure workflows, business rules, role-based permissions (RBP), and foundation objects.
Support integrations with third-party systems and payroll.
Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer.
3+ years of experience in SAP HCM Cloud / SAP SuccessFactors.
Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation experience.
Strong understanding of core HR processes (Hire to Retire).
Hands-on experience with Employee Central and other HCM modules.
Experience with data migration and system integrations (OData/API basics).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
SAP SuccessFactors certification.
Experience with global implementations.
Knowledge of SAP CPI or other middleware tools.
Experience in HR compliance and localization requirements.
