SuccessFactors Implementation Lead

100% Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Implementation Lead to drive end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The role involves leading functional consultants, managing client stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of HCM cloud projects aligned with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, etc.).

  • Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resources.

  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops and provide solution design.

  • Oversee system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities.

  • Ensure integration with third-party systems and payroll.

  • Guide team on best practices, data migration, and system architecture.

  • Act as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Provide post-go-live support and stabilization guidance.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of overall SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience.

  • Minimum 2–3 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations.

  • Strong knowledge of Employee Central and other SF modules.

  • Experience in managing global implementations.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes (Hire-to-Retire lifecycle).

  • Experience with integrations (CPI, APIs, OData).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification (EC preferred).

  • Experience in Agile / SAP Activate methodology.

  • Exposure to data migration tools and integration frameworks.

  • Project management certification (PMP/Prince2) is a plus.
