SuccessFactors Implementation Lead

We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Implementation Lead to drive end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The role involves leading functional consultants, managing client stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of HCM cloud projects aligned with business objectives.
Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, etc.).
Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resources.
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and provide solution design.
Oversee system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities.
Ensure integration with third-party systems and payroll.
Guide team on best practices, data migration, and system architecture.
Act as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Provide post-go-live support and stabilization guidance.
7+ years of overall SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience.
Minimum 2–3 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations.
Strong knowledge of Employee Central and other SF modules.
Experience in managing global implementations.
Strong understanding of HR processes (Hire-to-Retire lifecycle).
Experience with integrations (CPI, APIs, OData).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
SAP SuccessFactors Certification (EC preferred).
Experience in Agile / SAP Activate methodology.
Exposure to data migration tools and integration frameworks.
Project management certification (PMP/Prince2) is a plus.
