Role: –Salesforce Project Manager
Bill Rate: $80/hour C2C
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ months/ long-term
Interview Criteria: Telephonic + Zoom

Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years managing Salesforce projects (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or similar).
  • Proven experience leading multi-system integration projects, ideally involving Salesforce and NetSuite (or other ERPs).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities (Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, Flows, APIs, AppExchange).
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate technical and non-technical teams in complex stakeholder environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira or equivalent.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, or PMP/Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
  • Familiarity with NetSuite SuiteTalk/SuiteScript or middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.).
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience managing or collaborating with Salesforce Architects, Developers, and Admins.
  • Exposure to data migration, change management, and enterprise-level release governance.

  • Improved Salesforce system performance, data accuracy, and integration reliability.
  • Effective risk and issue resolution with minimal production incidents.
  • Strong alignment between delivered functionality and business objectives.
