Title:  Technical Sr. Business Analyst (hybrid)

Must-have skills: 3-5+ y of exp as a BA3-5+ y of exp working in education
(public school system experience preferred)3-5+ y of exp leading education-focused research and assessmentprofessional certification in education (ex: teaching license)professional certification in Business Analysis or CAPM accreditation

Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested.  The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client.  
Requirements:
• Availability to work 100% at the Client’s site in Golden, CO (required);
• Business Analyst experience (3+ years required; 5+ years preferred);
• Experience working in education (3+ years);
• Experience leading education-focused research and assessment (3+ years required; 5+ years preferred);
• Experience in Survey Design & Product Development;
• Experience in technical writing;
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred:
• Public school system experience (5+ years);
• Professional certification in education (ex: teaching license);
• Professional certification in Business Analysis or CAPM accreditation;
• Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in education, social sciences, or a related field

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Document requirements, business process and data flows through multiple IT systems;
• Support the migration of a legacy data warehouse into an enterprise data warehouse;
• Work initially with stakeholders from multiple departments to document current-state business process that are used to produce key reports, and map the associated data flows;
• Be responsible to 1) proactively identify project risks, 2) resolve those risks within your span of control, and 3) clearly escalate project risks outside your span of control in a timely manner.
