Job Title: Senior SAP ERP Consultant

Place of Performance: Telework from Contractor's location with occasional travel to UNICOR's requested location.
FPI Furnished Equipment: Laptop, Monitor, Docking Station, Mouse/Keyboard
Period of Performance: One base year plus one optional year.
Scope of Work:
The scope of work will include assisting business groups in process improvement, assisting the Financial Management Branch in financial reporting, internal controls and profitability analysis and leading projects and/or providing senior-level ERP consulting in the upgrade of the SAP system. Contractor may be requested to assist with any of the Business Groups. The position will report to the Chief of the ERP section within FPI.
Description of Services:
Tasks / Responsibilities include but not limited to,
- Work with internal branches within FPI to analyze current business operations and work with the branches to ensure that the SAP ERP system is configured to reflect business streamlining and optimization initiatives.
- Provide recommendations which would further improve and/or automate current business practices.
- Assist and work with key end users and technical personnel to develop and/or configure the ERP system in accordance to the FPI requirement.
- FPI will ensure testing and documentation is maintained in accordance with SDLC.
- Provide senior-level project management expertise for the upgrade of the SAP ERP system.
- Provide guidance and informal training to junior-level ERP team members to assist in the development of the FPI ERP team.
- Provide transfer of knowledge to the ERP Functional team on Configuration settings and authorizations.
- Provide senior-level consulting on internal controls to help ensure success in the annual FPI Financial Audit.
- Contractor shall provide the Services and Deliverable(s) below on a "tele-work” or "remote location” basis; however, the Contractor may occasionally need to travel to Client's office to complete task.
- Assist FPI in the development of Product Costing
- Assist with the design recommendation to achieve product costing via COPA or PCA by product family/item
- Assist with the implement of changes for demonstration
- Apply the approved version in the new SAP S/4 HANA environment
- Provide SAP assistance with SAP S/4 upgrades to include:
- Effective Project Management Professional (PMP) guidance on SAP upgrade efforts
- Effective methods to deploy and prepare for change management
- Configuration of FI/CO and HCM modules
- Unit Testing and Validation of data
- Development of End User Training and Materials
- Provide general SAP assistance to included:
- SAP Configuration Management
- SAP HR/Payroll
- Project Management
- End User Training
- SAP Helpdesk Assistance
- Provide IT security, audit, and support assistance for the SAP environments related to:
- Creation and management of SAP security roles
- Control Panel GRC management
- SAP Security Monitoring
- Internal auditing to ensure compliance with Risk Frame Management Framework (RMF) infrastructures, DOJ polices, BOP policies, and FPI policies.
- Assist with the development of POAMs related to the SAP environment
- Assist with the management of annual SAP Policy review and updates to include:
- Review of all policies, standard operating procedures (SoP), etc related to SAP or other IT infrastructures.
- Provide KRONOS assistance to include:
- Configure Workforce Central Software upgrades and set up changes

- Other duties as assigned
