Remote | 6-Month Contract We’re looking for a seasoned project leader who thrives on turning complex challenges into successful outcomes. If you’re someone who can see the big picture, manage the details, and inspire teams to deliver excellence — this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be at the helm of large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP projects, guiding them from concept to completion. That means:
- Taking full ownership of your projects and driving them to success.
- Defining clear scopes, building smart plans, and adapting when things change.
- Managing multiple initiatives at once — often with moving parts and dependencies.
- Keeping stakeholders informed, engaged, and confident in the process.
- Spotting risks early and finding creative ways to keep things on track.
- Building strong, collaborative teams across divisions and with vendors.
- Championing PMO best practices and helping improve how we deliver projects.
What we’re looking for
You’re not just a project manager — you’re a strategic partner who knows how to lead people, solve problems, and deliver results. You bring:
- 15+ years of experience, including 10+ years in Project Management.
- A proven track record in end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP migrations from legacy systems.
- Expertise in Record to Report, Asset to Report, Procure to Pay processes.
- Strong communication skills — you can run a meeting, write a clear report, and influence decisions.
- PMP Certification (strongly preferred) and ideally an MBA in Finance or Accounting.
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of quality.
- A collaborative, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset.
Bonus Points For
- Experience with Education (K-12) ERP projects.
- Background in Finance, Budgeting, Procurement, and Asset Management.
