Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation and Benefits Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules related to Compensation, Benefits, and Core HR, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead or support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation and Benefits modules.
Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and provide system solutions.
Configure components including Base Pay, Salary Administration, Workforce Compensation, Individual Compensation, Benefits Plans, Rates, Eligibility Profiles, and Life Events.
Develop and execute test scripts, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements.
Create and maintain documentation, including functional design, configuration workbooks, and training materials.
Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements for benefits and compensation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Time & Absence) to ensure seamless end-to-end HR processes.
Required Skills & Experience
3–7+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on Compensation and Benefits modules.
Strong understanding of Workforce Compensation, Salary Administration, Individual Compensation, Benefits Administration, Eligibility Profiles, and Life Events.
Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI reports.
Familiarity with integrations between HCM Cloud and third-party systems (e.g., Payroll vendors, Benefit providers).
Solid knowledge of HR, Compensation, and Benefits business processes and compliance requirements.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
