Job Title: IAM Developer
Location: Remote (needs to work in PST time zone)
Duration: Long Term
Job Description:
· Identity Access management experience is mandatory
· IAM Certified resource is preferred by client
- Process various tickets related to applications onboarding in ServiceNow
- Conduct requirements sessions with Application Business and Technical Owners to onboard the application roles and tasks into ServiceNow, complete User Admin Guide (SOP), and obtain sign-off forms from Business Owners. All the standards, templates, and processes are already established
- Perform applications onboarding activities and mass upload scripts in ServiceNow (instructions and training will be provided)
- Be able to create ad-hoc reports in Excel by organizing data from ServiceNow
- Collect evidence for Audit Purposes by going through the documentation and collecting User Admin Guides and Sign-off forms
- Complete ServiceNow cleanup activities in to role descriptions, approvers, task assignment groups
Skill Requirements:
- Basic Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), A e to create PDF sign-off forms
- Quick learner with technical abilities to quickly learn ServiceNow
