We are hiring a Program Management Officer - Hybrid for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ.
Job Description:
- Provide technical assistance to grantee holders in areas of their contract, grant preparation, monitoring and evaluation of their program areas.
- Provide recommendations for contract/grant approval to supervisory staff, such as billing and best practices.
- In charge of grantee fiscal administration, budget review and approval, grantee reimbursement and ensuring all program quantitative data is updated and accurate.
- Overseeing program areas and coming up with ways to expand services.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well with a team and independently.
- Computer proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams.
- Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively.

Experience Required:
- Minimum of two years of experience involving contract/grant work.
Work hours:
- 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Lunch hour (unpaid): 30 minutes
