Role Summary:
A Senior Business Analyst with 10–15 years of experience is responsible for leading requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and cross-functional collaboration to support enterprise projects. This role involves partnering with stakeholders at all levels, translating business needs into detailed functional specifications, driving process improvements, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements.Conduct workshops, interviews, surveys, and process reviews to capture detailed business needs.Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Analyze, document, and optimize existing business processes using tools like BPMN, flowcharts, and process maps.Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.Recommend process enhancements, automation strategies, and best practices.
Work with technical teams to design scalable, effective solutions aligned with business goals.Create functional specifications, BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and workflow diagrams.Ensure documentation remains updated and accessible throughout the project lifecycle..
Required Skills and Experience:
10–15 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, consulting, or enterprise environments.Strong experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.Proficiency with BA tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Azure DevOps).Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.Excellent communication, analytical thinking, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in domains such as finance, supply chain, healthcare, banking, or manufacturing (depending on role).Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications.
