Quality Assurance (QA) Lead with Salesforce Service Cloud certification

Description:
At least three (3) years within the last six (6) years of combined FTE experience developing detailed test plans and reviewing and approving test scenarios and test cases on at least two (2) Salesforce SC or HC implementations or a combination of one (1) Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and one (1) Salesforce Health Cloud implementation. Both implementations must have resulted in successfully delivering software to production.
At least three (3) years within the last six (6) years of combined FTE experience testing Salesforce SC or HC components on at least two (2) Salesforce SC or HC implementations or a combination of one (1) Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and one (1) Salesforce Health Cloud implementation. Both implementations must have resulted in successfully delivering software to production. Components shall include, but are not limited to, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, record types and page layouts, building reports, testing REST/Soap-based application programming interfaces (APIs), lookup/master-detail relationships, validation rules, workflow rules, time-based workflow rules/process builder flows, lead and case assignment rules, and role hierarchy.
