IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for Project Scheduler/Controller to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona. This is an ONSITE position. Project Scheduler/Controller
The Project Scheduler/Controller will be responsible for providing the project Executive and Project Director with administrative and management support. The Project Scheduler/Controller will assist in updating and implementing the project management plans and project schedule, including monitoring project task completion, remaining effort, budget, and contracts. The Project Scheduler/Controller will oversee the establishment and management of protocols for risk management, issue resolution, change control, and scope control. The project Scheduler/Controller will also assist in Preparation of status reports. The Project Scheduler will Guide the flow of information to and from project stakeholders and as outlined in the commuications plan.

- Controlling and organzing the documents generated throughout the project
- Maintaining the project schedule on the Program-approved software version of Microsoft project
- Ensuring project compliance with application regulations
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
- Documenting and following up on important actions decisions from meetings
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Ensuring project deadlines are met
- Determining project changes
- Providing administative support as needed
- Undertaking project tasks as required
- Developing project strategies
- Ensuring project adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriatey for each project
- Asses project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best soution
- chairs and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective

- Bachelor''s Degree
- 4+ years of experience in program/project planning, scheduling and control work; or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in creating and updating project management plan subsidiary project plans by coordinating with various vendors
- 4+ years of experience in project controls of establishing baseline plans,managing/tracking plans, developing and presenting corrective action plans, mitigation strategies based on schedule risk assessment, critical path analysis, change management, and other business-related funcions required to control a project
- 4+ years of experience in program management and or Coordination, SDLC process
- 4+ years of experience with direct interfacing to Program Managers and Project Team Members in analyzing cost/Schedule performance especially on programs requiring Earned value to estimate and maintain cost/schedule integration
- Knowledge of isuues involved in struturing new processes, strong quantitatives abilities, and excellent communication and negotiation skills
- 4+ years of experience creating and/or maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and any Supporting Schedules on assigned projects/programs; creating and presenting project-level reports, presentations and deliverables that reflect risk and status to program management and senior management
- 4+ years of experience in Microsoft project, project scheduling methodologies and schedule development interviewing techniques
