The Digital Experience Lead Specialist Engineer will drive the design, development, integration, and optimization of digital experience platforms across web, mobile, and emerging digital channels. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on engineering expertise to deliver seamless and impactful customer-facing experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with product owners, UX teams, architects, and development teams to create modern, scalable, and high-quality digital solutions.

Lead the architecture, development, and enhancement of digital experience platforms and customer-facing applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX design, product management, data analytics, and engineering.

Oversee the implementation of responsive, interactive, and accessible digital interfaces for web and mobile.

Define and implement best practices for performance optimization, security, accessibility, and scalability.

Drive digital transformation initiatives and introduce modern frameworks, tools, and methodologies.

Manage and mentor development teams, providing technical leadership and code reviews.

Integrate digital solutions with backend systems, APIs, cloud services, and third-party platforms.

Ensure consistent user experience and brand standards across all digital touchpoints.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum 12 years of experience in digital application development and engineering.

Strong expertise with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.

Deep understanding of full-stack development concepts and API-based integrations.

Experience working with digital experience platforms (DXP) such as A e Experience Cloud, Sitecore, or similar.

Hands-on experience with mobile-responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and usability best practices.

Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive end-to-end digital solution delivery.

Strong understanding of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, A e Analytics, or similar.
