Job Title : Project Manager with Healthcare background

Healthcare background is must
Experienced in new app dev in agile and/or hybrid environment.
Create and manage project plans and report out to Executive Steering Committee.
Manage the risk and mitigation plan; escalate risk to Project Governance as appropriate.
Identify and manage project critical dependencies
Work with BAs and Dev Leads on as needed basis
Conduct periodic meetings with development team, leadership and business team to communicate project status.
Manage and coordinate parallel project work consisting of multiple new application development tracks.
Own end to end project management process from inception through implementation.
Need to have excellent written and verbal communication, coordination skills, critical thinking.
Align project objectives with Executive Sponsor goals and make sure project team is clear on objectives, decisions, and action steps.
Define project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
Manage issue and conflict resolution with stakeholders and team members.
Monitor and manage project scope.
Review and ensure all go live conditions are met and signed off by stakeholders.
Ensure project artifacts in a central, secured repository.
