Job Description :

A Project Manager leads projects from initiation to implementation within agreed constraints of time, budget and quality. The role typically has responsibility for both resources and budget. They shape solutions and ensures that business requirements are effectively captured and have a good knowledge of different supplier solutions that could support project, responsible for risk management, benefits & value management, and as appropriate resolves or escalates identified risks and issues. A Project Manager helps ensure that project teams adopt quality and compliance standards, policies and procedures, and supports project assurance activities.

ABSOLUTE MUST HAVES:

o The positions is a mix admin support (Calendar, travel 10%)
o The rest of the position is Project Management
o Wants someone who is very familiar with MS office (PowerPoint, word, excel )
o Concur or Smart Sheets (Project Manager) software that is used is very helpful but not a must have.
o Attend meetings, take minutes, work with team to take notes, send up follow up notes and action notes.
o Will manage team newsletter
o Play a roll in helping to manage internal social media posting using workplace.
o Person may also be involved in helping to organize meetings and in person meetings
o Hoping to find someone who is fast learner and is very collaborative.
o Replacing someone who was an admin that was operating at a very high level.
o If we have someone who has worked in Pharma its an extremely strong plus and highly preferred,
o Position will be supporting the marketing department-the team is responsible for cancer testing all across all areas of cancer testing.
o Need someone who can work in a fast faced environment.
o Candidate must be articulate and collaborative.
o Position is in Gaithersberg, MD
o Degree is important because they would like to eventually convert the worker at a later time and the direct hire roles require a degree.
o Urgency: looking to fill the position as soon as possible.
