iZeal, Inc. is currently seeking a Program Manager for our client's requirements. The salary depends on experience.

 

Position: Program Manager
Location: Richmond, VA.

Job Requirements:

1 Conduct initial discovery, program assessments and stakeholder interviews to understand program objectives, requirements, and constraints.
2. Develop a comprehensive program management plan outlining approach, scope, schedule, budget, resources, and governance structure.
3. Identify and allocate resources (human, financial, and other) to support program activities and deliverables.
4. Monitor resource utilization and adjust allocations as needed to optimize program performance and efficiency.
5. Clearly define all roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes of the team to include program manager, project managers, team members, and any other stakeholders involved in the program.
6. Specify the deliverables expected from the program management team, such as project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and any other documentation.
7. Outline procedures for managing changes to the program scope, schedule, budget, or other aspects, including how changes will be documented, evaluated, and approved.
8. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to secure necessary resources and support for program execution.
9. Develop and implement a communication plan to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the program lifecycle.
10. Describe the communication plan for the program, including how information will be shared among stakeholders, frequency of updates, and escalation procedures for issues and concerns.
11. Provide and conduct kickoff meetings, introductions, agendas, reviews as required.
12. Establish program goals, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
13. Create timelines and milestones to outline the timeline for the program, including major milestones and key dates for deliverables, reviews, and other important events.
14. Provide risk management by identifying and assessing potential risks and mitigation strategies for the program, including how risks will be monitored, assessed, and addressed throughout the program lifecycle.
15. Implement robust project management processes to monitor program progress, track deliverables, and manage risks and issues.
16. Create and define the standards and processes for ensuring quality throughout the program, including how quality will be measured, monitored, and maintained.
17. Establish regular governance meetings to review progress, address issues, and make strategic decisions.
18. Generate regular status reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide updates on program progress, risks, and issues.
19. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure alignment with program objectives and expectations.
20. Conduct regular status reviews and performance assessments to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
21. Develop and execute a formal closure plan to ensure the successful transition of program deliverables to stakeholders.
22. Conduct the process for closing out the program, including final deliverables, lessons learned, and any follow-up activities required for post-program evaluation and improvement.

 

Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science & Engineering or Equivalent Degree.
