iZeal, Inc. is currently seeking a Change Process Management for our client's requirements. The salary depends on experience.

 

Position: Change Process Management

Location: Richmond, VA

 

Job Requirements:

1.    Conduct assessments to evaluate the Client's readiness for change and identify potential barriers and enablers as well as assess current change management practices, capabilities, and challenges.
2.    Develop comprehensive change management strategies and all other plans such as a risk management plan or SWOT analysis to guide the implementation of change initiatives.
3.    Provide a stakeholder engagement plan detailing strategies and tactics for engaging and communicating with key stakeholders throughout the change process.
4.    Develop communication strategies, messages, impacts, status reports and materials to support change initiatives and progress of implementation.
5.    Develop training modules, guides, and tools to support employees and leaders in building change management competencies.
6.    Document the overarching strategy, objectives, activities, and timeline for managing change initiatives including key milestones and deadlines to include identifying any dependencies or critical paths that may impact the timeline.
7.    Define the scope, objectives, activities, timeline, and resource requirements for each change initiative as well as how change management will be evaluated, approved, and implemented.
8.    Build change management capabilities and competencies among leaders, managers, and employees, collect feedback.
9.    Implement change management interventions and support project teams in executing change initiatives according to the established plan.
10.    Use value stream mapping (VSM) as a lean tool to flowchart and document process steps. 
11.    Utilize VSM as fundamental tool to identify waste, reduce process cycle times, and implement process improvement.
12.    Facilitate the execution of change initiatives and providing ongoing support, guidance, and resources to project teams and stakeholders.
13.    Engage stakeholders at all levels through targeted communication, involvement, and collaboration.
14.    Provide coaching, training, and support to executives, leaders and managers to build their capabilities in leading change, managing performance, and fostering a culture of accountability and empowerment.
15.    Monitor progress, track milestones, and address issues and concerns related to change management implementation.
16.    Evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and identifying opportunities for improvement to inform future change efforts.
17.    Conduct reviews to assess the outcomes of change initiatives and identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

 

 

Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science & Engineering or Equivalent Degree.
