Description:
Experienced Problem Manager

- Proven experience in conducting problem investigations and manage problem life cycle process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Lead problem investigations with technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate with Service Providers and various service vendors
- Broad knowledge of large scale Enterprise systems and network
- ServiceNow experience preferred
- Knowledge of FI Services a plus
- Ability to navigate monitoring and performance tools
