Role: PMO Administrator
# of Openings: 01
Location: Chicago, IL – Only LOCAL Candidates Required! (will start Remote till COVID)
Tenure: 06+ Months/ Contract to Hire
Start Date: ASAP
Mode of Interview: Telephonic round followed by a Skype/ Video call.


Key Tasks and Accountabilities:
Establish and define new projects in the project management tool and in SharePoint.
Configure the project management/time reporting tool based on defined requirements.
Maintain IT contract and IT contractor information, including on-boarding/off-boarding of project resources, and distribution and database updates of documents, and appropriate follow-up.
Ensure PMO procedural compliance by auditing on a periodic basis that projects and programs follow defined Project Delivery & Management (PDM) processes and documentation standards.
Coordinate project management meetings, create and distribute minutes, and document action items.
Prepare project and resource management metrics and dashboards, and monthly and quarterly financial reporting.

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred.

Work Experience:
3 years experience in a project administrator role or other IT administrator role.
An understanding of project management terminology and practices.
Experience with project management/time reporting tools.

Competencies:
Experienced utilizing/configuring a project management/time management tool.
SharePoint, Project Server, PowerBi
Excellent organizational skills and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented.
Excellent communication skills.
Procedural compliance and appropriate follow-up.
Working knowledge of various Microsoft products (Project 2019 or Online, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Power BI

Value-Added Skills:
Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and SaaS implementation.
