PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant

100% Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant to support, configure, and optimize PeopleSoft Human Capital Management modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure effective system functionality aligned with HR business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and support PeopleSoft HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, Absence Management, and Recruiting.

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs.

  • Configure business processes, setups, and tables in PeopleSoft HCM.

  • Support system testing, including unit, system, and UAT.

  • Prepare functional design documents (FDD), configuration documents, and user guides.

  • Work with technical teams on integrations, reports, and customizations.

  • Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues.

  • Support upgrades, patches, and regulatory updates.

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in PeopleSoft HCM functional implementation and support.

  • In-depth knowledge of one or more HCM modules.

  • Good understanding of HR business processes.

  • Experience with Fit-Gap analysis and solution design.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PeopleSoft certifications.

  • Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid UI.

  • Exposure to integrations using Integration Broker.
