Design, configure, and build various product and benefit components in the PCS application

Leverage knowledge of benefit plans and documents to gather detailed information for creating or updating applicable product configuration elements

Identify, analyze, and resolve configuration issues

Research and address configuration gaps; update standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed

Audit configurations to ensure alignment with benefit plan requirements, Evidence of Coverage (EOC), and other source documentation

Configure the Benefit Summary in the PCS application based on source documents

Troubleshoot PCS-related issues and provide effective solutions

Review configurations in PCS to validate accuracy and compliance with plan documentation
