SAP Extension Suite Consultant

100% Remote

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Extension Suite Consultant to design, develop, and deploy cloud-native extensions and integrations on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The consultant will work closely with functional, technical, and business stakeholders to extend SAP S/4HANA and other SAP solutions using SAP Extension Suite services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop extensions using SAP Extension Suite services on SAP BTP.

  • Build and manage applications using SAP Business Application Studio, CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), and/or SAPUI5/Fiori.

  • Develop integrations using SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh, Open Connectors).

  • Create workflows using SAP Build Process Automation / Workflow Management.

  • Implement security, authentication, and authorization using SAP Identity Services.

  • Support full lifecycle implementation: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Ensure solution scalability, performance, and best practices.

  • Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with SAP BTP and Extension Suite.

  • Hands-on experience with CAP ( or SAPUI5/Fiori.

  • Experience with SAP Integration Suite and REST/SOAP APIs.

  • Knowledge of S/4HANA extension concepts (side-by-side, in-app, and on-stack).

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

  • Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and Git-based version control.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP BTP / Extension Suite Certification.

  • Experience with Low-code/No-code tools (SAP Build Apps).

  • Exposure to event-driven architectures.
