Job Description

Total 20+ Years of Experience in SAP HCM Payroll/ SuccessFactors EC Payroll.

Minimum 10 years of experience in leading Data Migration & Cutover strategy for Payroll implementations.

Employee Central Payroll Certification is Mandatory, nice to have SAP HCM ECC Certification.

Able to work Independently to assess customer requirements, advise on how to address challenging payroll requirements, Conduct Discovery Workshops, Design & implement Solution based on leading practice principle.      

Strong Domain & Business Process knowledge in HCM area including different payroll processes like gross payroll, net payroll, Off Cycle Payroll, lax Calculation, Period End Processing etc.

Expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll integrations with different r party applications (like Benefit, Time, HR master Data, Rewards, Compensation).

Strong Knowledge & Technical Experience in multi Country Payroll implementation/Rollout Projects.

Data Transfer (Mid-Year Go live) activities experience for Payroll, knowledge of Technical wage types required legacy Data Transfer, formats and program.

Understanding of country specific local & legal processes in terms of multi country payroll.
