Oracle WIP / Costing Consultant

100% Remote

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle WIP (Work in Process) / Costing Consultant to implement, configure, and support Oracle Manufacturing and Cost Management modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure accurate product costing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support Oracle WIP and Costing modules (EBS or Oracle Fusion SCM)

  • Gather business requirements and design manufacturing and costing solutions

  • Configure WIP parameters, work orders, routings, and resource setups

  • Configure standard, average, and actual costing setups

  • Support cost rollups, period close, and variance analysis

  • Integrate WIP and Costing with Inventory, BOM, Procurement, and GL modules

  • Prepare functional design documents, setup documents, and test cases

  • Perform SIT, UAT, and provide go-live and post-production support

  • Analyze and resolve WIP and costing-related issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle WIP and Costing modules

  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes and cost accounting concepts

  • Experience with work orders, resource charges, overheads, and variances

  • Knowledge of inventory valuation and accounting flows

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Manufacturing & Cost Management Cloud

  • Exposure to Inventory, BOM, and GL modules

  • Oracle certification is an advantage
