Oracle WebLogic Administrator

100% Remote

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle WebLogic Administrator to install, configure, administer, and support Oracle WebLogic Server environments. The role involves ensuring high availability, performance, security, and stability of middleware platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and administer Oracle WebLogic Server environments.
Create and manage domains, clusters, managed servers, and deployments.
Monitor system performance, JVM tuning, and resource utilization.
Perform WebLogic patching, upgrades, and version management.
Configure security, SSL, users, roles, and authentication providers.
Troubleshoot WebLogic, JVM, and application issues.
Support middleware for SOA Suite, OSB, OIC, and custom applications.
Perform backup, recovery, and DR activities.
Work with development teams during deployments and production support.
Maintain operational and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle WebLogic Server Administration.
Experience with WebLogic 12c / 14c environments.
Good knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.
Understanding of JVM tuning, thread dumps, heap analysis.
Experience with WebLogic security and SSL configuration.
Ability to support production environments and handle incidents.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting Oracle SOA Suite, OSB, OIM, or Fusion Middleware.
Knowledge of automation/scripting (WLST, Shell).
Experience with load balancers and high-availability setups.
Oracle Middleware certification is a plus.
