Oracle OTBI Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an Oracle OTBI Developer to design, develop, and support analytics and reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) for Oracle Fusion Applications. The role focuses on delivering accurate, user-friendly reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize OTBI reports and dashboards for Oracle Fusion modules.

  • Analyze business reporting requirements and translate them into OTBI solutions.

  • Create and modify subject areas, metrics, and calculations.

  • Design filters, prompts, and drill-down reports.

  • Validate data accuracy and reconcile OTBI reports with Fusion transactional data.

  • Support report deployment, testing, and user training.

  • Troubleshoot OTBI report performance and data issues.

  • Work closely with functional consultants and business users.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Oracle OTBI (Fusion Analytics).

  • Good understanding of Oracle Fusion Applications (HCM / Financials / SCM).

  • Strong knowledge of reporting concepts, KPIs, and dashboards.

  • Basic SQL knowledge and data analysis skills.

  • Experience with BI security, roles, and data access.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with BI Publisher and Oracle OAC.

  • Knowledge of Fusion data models and subject areas.

  • Oracle Fusion BI / OTBI certification.
