Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

100% Remote

Job Description:

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management modules. The consultant will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to deliver effective HCM solutions aligned with organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, OTL, Recruitment, Talent Management, and Compensation

  • Gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into functional solutions

  • Configure enterprise structures, legal entities, business units, and workforce structures

  • Support HCM data migration, system testing (SIT/UAT), and end-user training

  • Integrate HCM with Payroll, Financials, and third-party systems

  • Handle security roles, approvals, and workflow configurations

  • Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues

  • Prepare functional design documents and configuration documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM

  • Good understanding of HR business processes and statutory requirements

  • Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation

  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Payroll is an added advantage

  • Ability to work with technical teams on integrations and reports

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
