This NetSuite Functional Business Analyst role will report into the IT Department. This person will
be jockeying between IT and Finance but needs to have extensive and deep understanding of
NetSuite's key financial and operational processes. The ideal candidate has implemented a number of
full-cycle implementations and has scars to prove it.
Responsibilities:
• Review all three of our Q2C, R2R, P2P processes in detail and make surgical changes to optimize
our financial and warehouse operations
• Working with the IT and other business groups to design changes to existing systems and integrate
new systems into infrastructure if needed
• Work alongside the business and IT to implement process improvements with systematic solutions
• Train end users on how to effectively use NetSuite features and applications
• Develop customized saved searches for shared business user usage and to support integration needs
• Be able to understand articulate and document needed customizations, reports and capabilities
• Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science or related field required
• 3+ years of functional experience with NetSuite applications/services
• Prior work experience in a consulting company dedicated to delivering NetSuite implementations is preferred
• Knowledgeable in relational database architecture and methods including hands-on experience in developing SQL queries desired
• Must be a team player and be able to effectively interact with staff at all levels of the firm
• Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and customer relationship management skills
• Solid understanding of business and information technology processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical
concepts in business terms
