Office 365/ SharePoint Architect (Sr. Technical Lead)

is seeking a senior Office 365 Lead with a problem-solving mindset to drive the organization collaboration initiatives. The successful candidate should possess strong business acumen, an understanding of translating business needs into collaboration solutions while also holding the technical knowledge to manage and support Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. We are looking for a leader to step into this role and work to support the business needs.

This role leads both the ongoing administration and account maintenance of the Microsoft 365 tenant, reflecting the ability to solve problems quickly, develop workflow and processes for operation teams, and automate processes through writing and maintaining Power Automation and Power Apps. Leads requirements sessions with teams and advises on O365 best practices to achieve goals and objectives. Leads and maintains implementation of security and governance models regarding Teams, Power BI, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online and other services.

Job Responsibilities
Lead the collaborative effort in designing, building and implementing Office 365 business initiatives.
Monitor and communicate to stakeholders the performance of the services.
Participate in gathering and analysis of business requirements for software capabilities
Design, create and manage Office 365 SharePoint sites for domain users and external client access
Create, leverage and manage content types, site columns and templates for re-use in the sites
Administer and support Office 365 Azure and Exchange policies
Manage and monitor Office 365 services and desktop support.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with user access to cloud services
Maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access monitoring
Lead the creation of policies around the proper use of Office 365 services and support.

Required Skills/Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science of equivalent field of study
7 + years of hands-on experience with Office 365 services
7 + Expert level administration experience with Office 365 SharePoint
Expert level administration and configuration skills with Azure AD and Exchange
Power BI experience
Microsoft 365 certifications
Advance knowledge in PowerShell scripting
Advance knowledge in programming languages such as: HTML, jQuery/ajax and CSS
Advance knowledge in developing SharePoint Framework (SPFx) using Visual Studio Code
Advance knowledge and actual experience working on InfoPath for SharePoint Online
