1. Experience working with medical device companies

2. Medical writing experience – documents like Clinical Evaluation Reports, Clinical Evaluation Plans, Post Market Surveillance Plans and Reports, Periodic Safety Update Reports. All these for medical devices

3. Good understanding of Medical Device Regulations

4. Project Management of their individual projects

5. Client interaction

6. Bilingual – Both Chinese and English (Read, Write and Speak)
