As a Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineer specializing in System Integration Assembly (SI), you will play a crucial role in supporting and guiding New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing tooling, processes, and documentation to ensure efficient SI assembly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will manage BOMs/routings, oversee process instructions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful product launches.

?? Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assessment for new product/process development, with a focus on system assembly.
- Develop and implement tooling, process documentation, and product instructions for SI assemblies.
- Prepare engineering documentation for production and support prototype builds.
- Configure BOMs/routings for SI, ensuring alignment with product structures, standards, and internal procedures.
- Implement ECO/DA changes from customers and release Manufacturing Documents (MPIs and SOPs).
- Act as the primary point of contact for engineering-related customer issues.
- Evaluate and influence manufacturing costs, providing recommendations for design for manufacturability (DFM).
- Design and procure tooling/fixtures for assembly processes during prototype stages.
- Define and establish processes and assembly lines for new products.
- Facilitate product transfers among global facilities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of advanced technologies and innovations.
?? Qualifications
- Education: B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. M.S. or in Engineering or related discipline is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of engineering experience, preferably in electronic manufacturing.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English required; Mandarin or Vietnamese is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills and thorough understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Knowledge of Agile and Valor DFM preferred.
- Familiarity with NPI processes and IPC training.
- Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
