Litify Technology Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Architecture: Lead the complete design and implementation of Litify on Salesforce, ensuring extensibility, scalability, and compliance.
  • Technical Strategy: Define technical solutions using Flows vs Apex, balancing declarative and programmatic approaches for performance and maintainability.
  • Systems Integration: Architect integrations with enterprise systems using RESTful APIs, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, and secure authentication (OAuth, SAML, JWT).
  • Data Migration Leadership: Develop and execute large-scale migration strategies using Salesforce Data Loader, Informatica, Talend, and custom scripting (Python, Bash).
  • Legal Tech Integrations: Define integration patterns for document management, calendaring, and billing platforms (NetDocuments, iManage, DocuSign, Clio).
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure solutions meet SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA compliance; enforce Salesforce Shield, role-based security, and encryption.
  • Standards & Governance: Establish development/configuration standards for internal, vendor, and offshore teams.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the escalation point for all Salesforce/Litify architectural decisions.
  • Workflow Optimization: Drive cross-functional solutions for legal workflows (case management, intake, document automation, time tracking).

Technical Skills & Tools

  • Salesforce Platform: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL
  • Integration: REST APIs, JSON, XML, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Postman
  • Scripting & Automation: JavaScript, Python, Bash
  • Data Handling: Salesforce Data Loader, Informatica, Talend, SQL
  • Authentication & Security: OAuth 2.0, SAML, JWT, Salesforce Shield
  • DevOps & Version Control: Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, CI/CD (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Litify architecture and implementation experience.
  • 15+ years of Salesforce technical expertise across large-scale, complex orgs.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Flows, and automation frameworks.
  • Proven record integrating Salesforce with enterprise middleware and third-party systems.
  • Strong data modeling, ETL workflows, and migration leadership.
  • Knowledge of legal technology ecosystems (NetDocuments, iManage, Clio, DocuSign).
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
