Key Responsibilities:
- Automate IAM Workflows: Design and deploy user provisioning and access automation using SailPoint ISC or Saviynt
- Script with Power: Build and maintain PowerShell scripts to manage users, groups, and access across AD and Azure AD
- Integrate APIs: Connect identity systems with REST APIs to streamline lifecycle management and data exchange
- Configure Access Controls: Help define roles, policies, and recertification processes that keep our environment secure and compliant
- Monitor & Troubleshoot: Ensure system health, resolve sync issues, and support continuous improvement
- Support DevOps: Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and version control for IAM enhancements
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with IT and security teams to onboard applications and define access rules
- Audit & Reporting: Generate reports, document policy enforcement, and support compliance initiatives
- Contribute to Quality: Participate in code reviews, testing, and team knowledge sharing
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in IT automation or software engineering
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure AD
- Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON
- Foundational knowledge of SailPoint ISC or Saviynt
- Understanding of access recertification and compliance concepts
- Experience with Git and version control
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skill:
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or Saviynt in production environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and Workday integrations
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001)
- Exposure to CI/CD tools and automated testing
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
The base salary range for this position is $116,000 - $158,750 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location. All offers include access to a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, 401k match, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
