Key Responsibilities:

• Automate IAM Workflows: Design and deploy user provisioning and access automation using SailPoint ISC or Saviynt
• Script with Power: Build and maintain PowerShell scripts to manage users, groups, and access across AD and Azure AD
• Integrate APIs: Connect identity systems with REST APIs to streamline lifecycle management and data exchange
• Configure Access Controls: Help define roles, policies, and recertification processes that keep our environment secure and compliant
• Monitor & Troubleshoot: Ensure system health, resolve sync issues, and support continuous improvement
• Support DevOps: Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and version control for IAM enhancements
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with IT and security teams to onboard applications and define access rules
• Audit & Reporting: Generate reports, document policy enforcement, and support compliance initiatives
• Contribute to Quality: Participate in code reviews, testing, and team knowledge sharing

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in IT automation or software engineering
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure AD
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON
• Foundational knowledge of SailPoint ISC or Saviynt
• Understanding of access recertification and compliance concepts
• Experience with Git and version control
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skill:

• Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or Saviynt in production environments
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and Workday integrations
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001)
• Exposure to CI/CD tools and automated testing
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

The base salary range for this position is $116,000 - $158,750 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location. All offers include access to a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, 401k match, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
