Jira Developer / Jira Administrator

100% Remote

Job Description:

We are looking for a Jira Developer / Administrator to manage, configure, and customize Jira to support project tracking, Agile delivery, and service management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure Jira Software and Jira Service Management
  • Create and manage workflows, issue types, fields, screens, and dashboards
  • Implement Jira automations and basic scripting
  • Manage users, roles, permissions, and security schemes
  • Support Agile teams with Scrum and Kanban boards
  • Troubleshoot Jira issues and provide user support
  • Integrate Jira with other tools and applications
  • Maintain documentation and best practices

Required Skills:

  • Experience in Jira Administration and customization
  • Knowledge of Jira workflows, schemes, and dashboards
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Basic knowledge of REST APIs and integrations
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
