Minimum 8 years of IT Operations experience, with expertise in various facets.
Supervisory or leadership experience of technical teams for at least 4 years.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Certification in J2EE Application servers and AWS hosting is desirable.
Analytical skills in evaluating J2EE application, HTTP webserver, and network statistics using tools such as Wily, CA Introscope, Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Control, IBM Tivoli Monitoring, or HP OpenView for at least 2 years.
Strong IT Service Management (ITSM) knowledge, particularly in Incident, Problem, and Change/Release management for at least 2 years.
Experience in troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with technical architects, and engaging with leadership to resolve problems.
Proficiency in supporting J2EE applications, HTTP Webservers, and Middleware Components like Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, MQ, JBoss, Apache/Sun ONE for a minimum of 3 years.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure systems, processes, procedures, and Continuous Service Improvement related to IT service management.
Capacity to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and work effectively with minimal supervision.
Availability for on-call duty 24x7 and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
